JJ Okocha to lead the African XI in a clash against Barcelona legends.
Super Eagles legend J.J Okocha is set to captain African All Stars XI for the upcoming exhibition fixture against the Barcelona Legends team slated for later this month.

As Pulse Sports reported, Barcelona Legends announced that they will play African Legends in Abuja on the 25th of October, at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium.
The team, coached by former Barcelona right-back Albert Chappie Ferrer, tends to cast Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Javier Saviola, Carles Puyol, Gaizka Mendieta, Philip Cocu, etc. And lately, the likes of Riccardo Quaresma, Edgar Davies, Nolito and David Villa have been integrated into the team.

According to Newstap, the following players have been confirmed for the Barcelona team: Ronaldinho (captain), Ludovic Giuly, Javier Saviola, Jesús Angoy, Marc Valiente, Fernando Navarro, Roberto Trashorras, and Samuel Okunowo.
Africa’s team
There’s not a lot of information about the players on the other side, representing the African continent. However, he aforementioned Newstap reported that Okocha will captain the African team, and he will play alongside Kanu Nwankwo, Emmanuel Adebayor and Alex Song.
