Mamdani may once again be questioned about his previous statements regarding Israel. During the initial debate, Cuomo pressed him to condemn Hamas, to which Mamdani responded: “Certainly, I believe Hamas should disarm … All involved parties must agree to a ceasefire and lay down their weapons.”
