Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tuoyo, has opened up about a terrifying encounter with operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) during a recent raid at nightlife entrepreneur Pretty Mike’s club.
According to Tuoyo, what started as a regular night out quickly turned into chaos when NDLEA officers stormed the club unannounced, arresting several patrons, including himself. The agency reportedly acted on intelligence suggesting that a drug party was taking place at the venue.

Tuoyo, who took to social media to narrate his ordeal, revealed that he was manhandled and assaulted by the operatives after he posted about the incident online. He claimed that despite being innocent and simply enjoying a night out, he was dragged, detained, and beaten for trying to share his side of the story.

“They stormed the place without warning, shouting at everyone to lie down. I tried to explain that I was just a guest, but they didn’t listen. Later, when I posted about what happened, some officers came after me again, accusing me of trying to ‘expose’ them,” Tuoyo recounted.

The NDLEA, however, has maintained that the operation was based on credible intelligence and insisted that those arrested were being screened and profiled to determine their level of involvement in drug-related activities.

The shocking revelation has since sparked mixed reactions online, with fans and celebrities calling for transparency in how such raids are conducted, especially when innocent individuals get caught in the crossfire.

As of now, Pretty Mike has yet to release an official statement regarding the incident or the status of his club following the NDLEA operation.
