Martins Okechukwu Justice, widely recognized as J Martins, a renowned Nigerian musician and the Senior Special Assistant on Tourism and Entertainment to the Governor of Abia State, narrowly avoided a fatal accident when his vehicle suddenly left the highway and plunged into dense vegetation.
The mishap occurred on Monday along the Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt expressway, reportedly due to a sudden failure of the car’s braking system.
The brake malfunction caused the vehicle to veer off the expressway at high speed, ultimately crashing into the thick underbrush beside the road.
Reflecting on the frightening ordeal, J Martins expressed gratitude for his survival, describing the incident as harrowing but emphasizing his thankfulness to God for sparing his life.
Remarkably, the artist emerged from the crash without any physical injuries.
