Actress Regina Daniels Speaks Out for the First Time Amid Viral Bedroom Video Backlash

Nollywood star Regina Daniels has responded to the criticism sparked by a recent video she posted on her social media platforms.
Married to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko, Regina clarified that the clip was entirely appropriate and that the music featured was part of a widely used trend.

She shared that her goal was to produce content inspired by the popular “Mama G” style, but unfortunately, many viewers misunderstood the intent behind her post, leading to unwarranted controversy.

Feeling the need to address the uproar, Regina emphasized that she never meant to offend her husband. She believes the backlash stems from a misinterpretation of the video’s context and is being blown out of proportion by some online commentators.

On the issue, she stated, “Your comments are causing my husband to have the wrong impression. The video itself is harmless; it’s just the background music, which is commonly used by many. I urge you all to stop targeting me.”

She also expressed confusion over the harsh reactions, saying, “Honestly, I don’t get why I’m being attacked like this. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t feel the need to explain myself, but it’s starting to affect my husband. It’s simply about the soundtrack.”

Regina concluded with a caution that if the negative feedback from social media users begins to impact her marriage, she will hold those responsible accountable.
