On Thursday, Israeli air raids and gunfire resulted in the deaths of at least 53 Palestinians in Gaza, coinciding with Hamas’s internal discussions on how to react to former President Donald Trump’s comprehensive peace plan aimed at ending the hostilities.
The Israeli Defense Forces launched strikes throughout Gaza, including in the southern al-Masawi district, previously designated as a humanitarian safe zone. Tragically, this area witnessed the loss of nine Palestinians, among them an elderly man, his four sons, and a grandson, when a food market was targeted during the assault.
