Anthony Agom, the legislator representing Okpokwu State Constituency in the Benue State House of Assembly, has officially declared his departure from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In an official statement bearing his signature, Agom revealed that his decision was reached after extensive dialogue with key community stakeholders and residents within his constituency.
He emphasized that this strategic shift aims to enhance his ability to deliver meaningful representation and drive sustainable socio-economic development for the people he serves.
Moreover, Agom voiced strong support for the progressive leadership and reform initiatives championed by Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia, affirming that his alignment with the APC will foster greater cohesion, stability, and advancement throughout the state.
