Ballon d’Or – Arsenal star drops in latest ranking despite last season’s performance

Arsenal star Declan Rice has been ranked in 27th place in the latest Ballon d’Or ranking released earlier today.

The England international was a key player for Arsenal last season, having helped them challenge for the Premier League title and take them into the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

One of his biggest moments came against Real Madrid in the quarter-final of the Champions League, where he scored two remarkable free kicks at the Emirates.

His last season’s performance has placed him above the likes of Florian Wirtz and Michael Olise in the latest Ballon d’Or rankings.
