Radda Unveils Eight Dynamic New Permanent Secretaries in Exciting Leadership Shake-Up

Radda approves appointment of eight new permanent secretaries

The Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Umar Radda, has officially approved the appointment of eight new permanent secretaries to the State Civil Service, following the recent retirement of several senior officials.

This announcement was made public through a press statement issued by Ibrahim Mohammed Kaula, the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, on Friday.

The newly inducted permanent secretaries bring extensive experience to key departments, supporting Governor Radda’s “Building Your Future” program, which focuses on improving service delivery throughout Katsina State.

The press release emphasized that this initiative is a vital component of the government’s broader plan to strengthen the civil service system, ensuring effective and transparent administration across all ministries and agencies.

The appointees are: Yusuf Ahmed and Aminu Ibrahim from Katsina Local Government Area; Aishatu Abdullahi representing Dutsinma LGA; Dasuki Ibrahim Abubakar from Malumfashi LGA; Lawal Abashe of Matazu LGA; Ado Yahaya from Sabuwa LGA; Sani Rabi’u Jibiya from Jibiya LGA; and Nasiru Ladan from Kaita LGA.

Governor Radda congratulated the new permanent secretaries and encouraged them to embrace the “Building Your Future” vision by demonstrating commitment, integrity, and excellence in their roles to serve the people of Katsina State effectively.
